5. Delivery and Handover
We support the commercial movement of goods to the agreed destination, subject to customs, export and import requirements.
Compliance and Responsible Sourcing
AI infrastructure hardware can be subject to export controls, sanctions rules, end-use restrictions, customs requirements and manufacturer supply limitations. MJS Wholesale will not knowingly support prohibited transactions and may request buyer, end-use, destination and documentation information before confirming supply.
